Terms of Service

Welcome to Capstone Tribe Pte Ltd. By accessing our website or engaging our IT consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services & Consulting Terms

We provide IT consultancy, infrastructure implementation, and post-sales support as an extended arm for System Integrators. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of our services will be defined in specific Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all methodologies, architectures, frameworks, and tools developed by Capstone Tribe Pte Ltd during the provision of services remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for their intended internal business purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capstone Tribe Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, restricting disclosure only to those employees or partners who have a legitimate need to know for the execution of the services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
